    A signed-in golfer submits a tee-time enquiry. Your club receives an email and authorised managers can view enquiries in their dashboard.

    Contact the golfer to confirm the details. Availability, final pricing, payment and confirmation remain with your club.

A few practical answers.

Our club is already listed. What should we do?

Contact us with your club name and your role. We can help with authorised manager access and profile corrections. If you already have access, sign in to view enquiries and manage your photos.

Do we need to change our booking system?

The process starts with an email enquiry. Your team follows up with the golfer and uses its usual process to agree and confirm the booking. This page does not offer a live tee-sheet integration.

Can we update our course information and images?

Authorised managers can upload club and course photos from the dashboard. Contact us for corrections to your course information. Only share images you own or have permission to use.

Does a review invitation guarantee a positive review?

No. Reviews reflect golfers’ own experiences. The purpose is useful, honest feedback that helps other golfers choose.

Why did we receive a booking email?

A golfer selected a course at your club and submitted a request through BookGolfDirect. The email explains whether contact details are included or require credits. If you are not the right recipient, contact us so we can correct the club’s booking address.
