About Club de Golf Escorpión
Club Overview & History
Club de Golf Escorpión is a prestigious championship course tucked away in the lush hills of Bétera, just north of Valencia. Designed by the venerable Ron Kirby and opened in 1975, the layout is one of the longest and most demanding in the Comunitat Valenciana, winding through a mature Mediterranean forest of pines and carob trees. The undulating terrain, tight fairways and elevated, well-bunkered greens create a thorough examination of every department of the game. Escorpión has long been a favourite venue for national and regional championships, and its immaculate conditioning and peaceful woodland setting provide a world-class experience. The traditional clubhouse, with its timber-beamed dining room and panoramic terrace, exudes classic Iberian elegance.
