Lanzarote's only 18-hole course sits on the island's volcanic east coast near the resort of Costa Teguise, surrounded by a striking landscape of black lava fields and the deep blue Atlantic. The course, designed by John Harris and opened in 1978, features lush green fairways that contrast dramatically with the stark, moon-like terrain beyond the boundary walls. Persistent trade winds from Africa make club selection a constant puzzle, while strategically positioned palms and cactus gardens add aesthetic appeal. The relaxed clubhouse offers panoramic views over the course towards the mountains of Famara.
