Lo Romero Golf is a modern championship facility in Pilar de la Horadada, at the southern tip of the Costa Blanca. Opened in 2008 and designed by Niklas Lidström, the course occupies a gently rolling landscape of citrus groves and Mediterranean scrub with distant views to the Mar Menor. The generous fairways welcome golfers of all levels, while strategic water hazards on several holes — including a dramatic lake that guards the eighteenth green — ensure the layout never lacks challenge.
