Club Overview & History
Bonalba Golf occupies a privileged setting in Mutxamel, just inland from the city of Alicante. The 18-hole championship course, which opened in 1996, was designed by the respected Spanish architect Juan Catarineu and winds through a gently undulating landscape dotted with native pines and Mediterranean flora. Water comes into play on five holes, including a memorable peninsula green on the par-4 fifteenth. The five-star Hotel Bonalba adjoins the club, making it an ideal destination for golf breaks. An extensive practice area, golf academy and well-stocked pro shop complement the playing experience.
