Club Overview & History
Golf Playa de Pals is one of the most celebrated courses on the Costa Brava, occupying a spectacular links-like setting among sand dunes and umbrella pines beside the Medes Islands nature reserve. Designed by F.W. Hawtree and opened in 1966, the 18-hole layout is a masterful blend of links and parkland holes ÔÇö the front nine skirts the coastline through sandy terrain, while the back nine weaves into a sheltered pine forest. The constant Mediterranean sea breeze adds an ever-changing tactical dimension. Pals has hosted numerous prestigious tournaments and remains a bucket-list destination for golf travellers. The clubhouse commands one of the finest views in Mediterranean golf.
